Our faciliy is equipped with perimeter fencing which adds an extra layer of security for your belongings.
The computerized gate system allows access from 7 AM – 9 PM daily.
Climate Control
Every storage facility manages climate control differently. Our climate-controlled storage buildings are kept between 60°-75° year-round. This ensures a comfortable environment for you and your belongings while storing with us.
Daily Inspections
We perform a complete facility inspection twice a day. We check that all units are securely locked, heating and cooling systems are operating efficiently, freight elevators are running smoothly & the facility is clean, so you can trust your belongings are stored in a safe, well-maintained environment.
Loading Areas
Our facility features clearly marked loading areas directly in front of each building entrance, making it easy for you or your movers to load and unload items efficiently. These designated spots ensure a hassle-free experience as you bring your belongings in & out!
Freight Elevators
Our facility is equipped with large freight elevators to make moving to second floor units easy and convenient. These spacious elevators are designed to accommodate loads up to 2,000- 3,000 lbs!

Large Lobbies
Our spacious lobbies are designed with convenience in mind, offering ample room to move your belongings with ease. Each lobby is equipped with custom carts to make loading and unloading quick and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to your storage experience!
5′ Hallways
Our 5-foot-wide hallways provide plenty of space for moving larger items, like furniture, directly to your unit. This extra width makes maneuvering easy, giving you a smoother, more convenient storage experience!

Our facility is equipped with security cameras strategically placed throughout the property to ensure your belongings are always monitored. This added layer of surveillance provides peace of mind, allowing you to store your items with confidence knowing that they are protected 24/7.

We create a personalized welcome sign for each tenant, hand-selecting artwork that reflects your interests. This unique touch not only helps you locate your unit if you forget your number but also adds a personal and welcoming feel to your storage experience!

Each of our buildings provides custom-made carts conveniently located at every entrance. These carts feature smooth-gliding wheels, making it easy to transport your items with minimal effort!

We are conveniently located off Cranberry Highway near both I-195 and I-495. To reach us, simply take Exit 1B off I-195 or Exit 1 off I-495, and follow the signs to 8 Tow Road, Wareham, MA. Whether you’re coming from nearby towns or traveling from further away, our facility is just a short drive away!
